General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1138) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human TRIM22. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Tripartite motif containing 22 (TRIM22), a member of the TRIM/RBCC family, has been reported to activate the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathway in unstimulated macrophage cell lines (PMID: 23818111). TRIM22 is involved in the host antiviral response, TRIM22 expression is modulated in response to several other viruses and viral antigens.TRIM22 expression is high in monocytes and early granulocytes but decreases in the lymphocyte and late granulocyte populations and is undetectable in erythroid.
DMAB-CPT1138 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-80 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT1138 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
