General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1172) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human SYNJ2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SYNJ2(Synaptojanin-2) is also named as KIAA0348 and belongs to the synaptojanin family. SYNJ2 encodes an inositol polyphosphate phosphatase that functions in recycling neurotransmitter vesicles and is implicated in spermatogenesis(PMID: 24103750). This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. DMAB-CPT1172 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.313-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1172 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
