The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human STT3A Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341537C5, product code DMAB-CPT496) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human STT3A (STT3 Oligosaccharyltransferase Complex Catalytic Subunit A). STT3A is a central catalytic subunit of the oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) complex located in the endoplasmic reticulum, responsible for N-linked glycosylation of nascent proteins, a critical process for proper protein folding, stability, and cellular function. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human STT3A and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT495 (capture) with DMAB-CPT496 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of STT3A in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT496 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
