The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human STT3A Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341537H8, product code DMAB-CPT495) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human STT3A (STT3 Oligosaccharyltransferase Complex Catalytic Subunit A). STT3A is a core catalytic component of the oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) complex in the endoplasmic reticulum, where it mediates N-linked glycosylation of nascent polypeptides, a critical post-translational modification required for protein folding, stability, and function. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human STT3A and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT495 (capture) with DMAB-CPT496 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of STT3A in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT495 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
