General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1122) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human SLCO1A2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLCO1A2 also known as OATP1A2, is a member of the SLC21A family of solute carriers. SLCO1A2 encodes a sodium-independent transporter that mediates cellular uptake of organic ions in the liver. It has been reported that SLCO1A2 detected a nonglycosylated form around 59kDa and 70-75 kDa glycosylated form. DMAB-CPT1122 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-80 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1122 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
