The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human SLC7A10 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341511D8, product code DMAB-CPT462) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human SLC7A10 (Solute Carrier Family 7 Member 10), also known as ASC-1. SLC7A10 is a sodium-independent transporter of small neutral amino acids that contributes to amino acid exchange, metabolic balance, and cellular nutrient homeostasis in various tissues. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human SLC7A10 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT461 (capture) with DMAB-CPT462 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of SLC7A10 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT462 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
