General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1052) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human SLC25A17. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC25A17 (solute carrier family 25 member 17), is a kind of peroxisomal transporter for multiple cofactors such as CoA, FAD, FMN and AMP. It May catalyze the transport of free CoA, FAD and NAD+ from the cytosol into the peroxisomal matrix by a counter-exchange mechanism. SLC25A17 is the only member of the mitochondrial carrier family localized to peroxisomal.
DMAB-CPT1052 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (2.5-80 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT1052 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
