This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1310W) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human SEZ6. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Seizure protein 6 homolog is a transmembrane protein that is encoded by the SEZ6 gene in human. SEZ6 protein regulates axon guidance and synaptic plasticity through the BACE1-SEZ6-γ-secretase pathway. Mutations in this gene have been associated with febrile seizures. CABT-L1310W is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence), IHC, Western blot (WB) applications. CABT-L1310W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
