This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16241) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SEZ6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEZ6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Seizure protein 6 homolog is a transmembrane protein that is encoded by the SEZ6 gene in human. SEZ6 protein regulates axon guidance and synaptic plasticity through the BACE1-SEZ6-γ-secretase pathway. Mutations in this gene have been associated with febrile seizures. DPABH-16241 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application. DPABH-16241 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
