General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1565W) is a humanized-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RNPA. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1 (hnRNP A1), also known as RNPA, is a highly abundant RNA-binding protein that plays a central role in pre-mRNA processing and RNA metabolism. It contains two RNA recognition motifs (RRMs) that enable sequence-specific binding to nascent transcripts, as well as a glycine-rich C-terminal domain involved in protein–protein interactions and nucleocytoplasmic shuttling. hnRNP A1 regulates alternative splicing, mRNA stability, and export from the nucleus, often acting as a splicing repressor by antagonizing SR proteins. It is also implicated in telomere maintenance and stress granule dynamics. Dysregulation of hnRNP A1 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.

CABT-L1565W is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffer, pH 7-8. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
