General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1131) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RNF133. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNF133 (Ring Finger Protein 133) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a testis-specific E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, crucial for male fertility and sperm maturation. Located in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, it plays a vital role in sperm function during spermatogenesis, with knockouts resulting in severely reduced fertility and abnormal sperm morphology. DMAB-CPT1131 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.313-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1131 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
