This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03684) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF133, targeting the amino acid region 208–376 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RNF133 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNF133 (ring finger protein 133) contains a RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions. DPABH-03684 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-03684 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
