General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT992) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RBM20. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RBM20 (RNA binding motif protein 20) is a heart- and skeletal muscle- nriched splicing factor that controls tissue-specific isoform expression of many other genes besides TTN, including sarcomeric genes such myomesin 1, but also Ca2+- and ion-handling genes such as CAMK2D (calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase II-delta) and RYR2 (ryanodine receptor 2).
DMAB-CPT992 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (78.1-5000 pg/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT992 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
