General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1010) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human PLK4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PLK4 (Polo-like kinase 4) is also named SAK, STK18 and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. It plays a central role in centriole duplication and is a kinase implicated in tumor development, which is an upstream regulator of canonical biogenesis necessary for centriole formation. It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. DMAB-CPT1010 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-80 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1010 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
