General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1218) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human MED21. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MED21, also known as SRB7 and SURB7,belongs to the Mediator complex subunit 21 family. MED21 is a small essential subunit of the middle domain of the Mediator, which is conserved in all eukaryotes. MED21 is thought to play an important role in transcriptional activation and repression. MED21 regulates the transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. DMAB-CPT1218 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1218 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
