General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1139) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human LSM14A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LSm14A was originally discovered to be a component of the P-bodies, it is a member of the LSm family of proteins, which have been shown to be involved in RNA processing events. The N terminus of LSm14A is a conserved LSm domain, whereas the C terminus contains two domains called "DFDF box" and "FDF_TFG box", respectively.
DMAB-CPT1139 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-80 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT1139 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
