General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1479W) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LGR7, targeting the amino acid region 735–757 of the protein. RXFP1 is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) encoded by the RXFP1. It serves as the primary receptor for Relaxin-2 and mediates multiple physiological effects, including vasodilation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and tissue repair. RXFP1 is widely expressed in reproductive tissues, the cardiovascular system, lungs, kidneys, and the brain. Activation of RXFP1 triggers intracellular signaling pathways such as cAMP production and nitric oxide synthesis, contributing to its roles in cardiovascular regulation, anti-fibrotic activity, and reproductive function. Because of these properties, RXFP1 is a key target in studies of fibrosis, heart disease, and reproductive health.
CABT-L1479W is suitable for use in ELISA application.
CABT-L1479W is supplied as a lyophilized formulation. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
