This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1539W) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human INSL7. RLN3, also known as Relaxin-3 or INSL7 (Insulin-like peptide 7), is a neuropeptide belonging to the relaxin/insulin peptide family and is encoded by the RLN3. RLN3 is primarily expressed in neurons of the nucleus incertus in the brainstem and projects widely to multiple brain regions, including the hypothalamus, amygdala, and hippocampus. It functions as a ligand for the RXFP3 and plays key roles in stress response, arousal, feeding behavior, and cognitive processes. Due to its neuromodulatory actions, RLN3 is considered important for regulating emotional states, energy balance, and neuroendocrine signaling.
CABT-L1539W is suitable for use in ELISA application.
CABT-L1539W is supplied as a lyophilized formulation. Reconstitute with 100 μl of distilled water for the equivalent of undiluted antiserum. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
