Intended Use

This DotELISA kit is intended for the enumeration of cells secreting human IFN-γ in response to tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) peptides. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Contents of Kit

1. 1 pre-coated strip plate (mAb) and empty plate frame
2. Detection mAb: biotin, 1 mg/ml (40 μl)
3. Streptavidin-ALP (40 μl)
4. Peptite Pool: TBEV (C+E), scanning (1 vial)
5. Positive control: Anti-CD3 mAb (100 μl)
6. BCIP/NBT substrate (25 ml)
The detection antibody is supplied in sterile filtered (0.2um) PBS with 0.02% sodium azide. Streptavidin-ALP is supplied in 0.1 M Tris buffer with 0.002% Kathon CG. Anti-CD3 mAb is supplied in sterile filtered (0.2 μm) PBS. Vials have been overfilled to ensure recovery of the specified amount.

Storage

Shipped at ambient temperature. On arrival all reagents should be stored at 4-8°C except the peptide pool that should be stored frozen at -20°C or below. Plates may be kept at room temperature. The expiry date indicates how long unopened products, stored according to instructions, are recommended for use.

General Description

Contains 75 synthetic peptides derived from TBEV. 26 peptides are from the capsid (C) protein and 49 peptides from the envelope (E) protein. The peptides are 15-mers overlapping with 11 amino acids.
