The detection antibody is supplied in sterile filtered (0.2 μm) PBS with 0.02% sodium azide. Streptavidin-ALP is supplied in 0.1 M Tris buffer with 0.002% Kathon CG. Anti-CD3 mAb is supplied in sterile filtered (0.2 μm) PBS. Vials have been overfilled to ensure recovery of the specified amount.
Storage
Shipped at ambient temperature. On arrival all reagents should be stored at 4-8°C except the peptide pool that should be stored frozen at -20°C or below. Plates may be kept at room temperature. The expiry date indicates how long unopened products, stored according to instructions, are recommended for use.
General Description
DENV (CD4), human: contains 90 defined synthetic peptides derived from the Dengue virus. Antigens represented in the peptide pool are the capsid protein (C), precursor membrane protein (prM), envelope protein (E), and the non structural (NS) proteins NS1, NS2a, NS2b, NS3, NS4a, NS4b, and NS5. The peptide pool has been designed to have a good coverage of Dengue virus serotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4, and with good HLA class II coverage.
DENV (CD8), human: contains 109 defined synthetic peptides derived from the Dengue virus. Antigens represented in the peptide pool are the capsid protein (C), envelope protein (E), and the non structural (NS) proteins NS1, NS2a, NS2b, NS3, NS4a, NS4b, and NS5. The peptide pool has been designed to have a good coverage of Dengue virus serotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4, and with good population coverage of all major HLA class I supertypes.
