The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human HNRNPC Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341484G7, product code DMAB-CPT510) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human HNRNPC (Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein C). HNRNPC is a ubiquitously expressed RNA-binding protein that plays a fundamental role in pre-mRNA processing, including alternative splicing regulation, mRNA stabilization, and nuclear export of transcripts, thereby contributing to post-transcriptional gene expression control. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human HNRNPC and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT509 (capture) with DMAB-CPT510 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 1.25–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of HNRNPC in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT510 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
