The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human HLA-DMA Monoclonal Antibody (product code DMAB-CPT428) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human HLA-DMA (Major Histocompatibility Complex, Class II, DM Alpha). HLA-DMA is a critical component of the MHC class II antigen presentation pathway, forming a heterodimer with HLA-DMB to catalyze peptide exchange on MHC class II molecules and regulate adaptive immune responses. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human HLA-DMA and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT427 (capture) with DMAB-CPT428 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of HLA-DMA in biological samples and optimized for robust sandwich immunoassay applications requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
DMAB-CPT428 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product contains no stabilizers or preservatives. For long-term storage, it should be stored at −80°C.
