The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human EDNRB Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341445B5, product code DMAB-CPT494) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human EDNRB (Endothelin Receptor Type B). EDNRB is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds endothelins and is involved in regulating vascular constriction, neural crest cell migration, and pigmentation development. It plays important roles in cardiovascular physiology, neurodevelopment, and related disease pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human EDNRB and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT493 (capture) with DMAB-CPT494 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of EDNRB in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT494 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
