The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ECM1 Monoclonal Antibody (product code DMAB-CPT426) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human ECM1 (Extracellular Matrix Protein 1), also known as secretory component p85 or URBWD. ECM1 is a secreted glycoprotein involved in extracellular matrix organization, angiogenesis regulation, and epidermal differentiation processes. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human ECM1 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT425 (capture) with DMAB-CPT426 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection across a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of ECM1 in biological samples and optimized for robust sandwich immunoassay performance.
DMAB-CPT426 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product contains no stabilizers or preservatives. For long-term storage, it should be stored at −80°C.
