General Notes
The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ECM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. No. DMAB-CPT425, clone 341432F3) is an unconjugated IgG antibody raised in rabbit against recombinant human ECM1 protein. It specifically recognizes human ECM1 (extracellular matrix protein 1), also referred to as secretory component p85 or URBWD. This antibody is suitable for use as a capture antibody in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) applications, with a recommended working concentration range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. For sandwich immunoassay formats, DMAB-CPT425 is recommended to be paired with DMAB-CPT426 as the matched detection antibody. The antibody has been purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and is supplied as 100 μg in liquid PBS buffer, free of BSA and preservatives. It should be stored at −80°C upon receipt.
