General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT799) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human DUS2L. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Dihydrouridine synthase 2(DUS2L), is a cytoplasmic protein that catalyzes the conversion of uridine residues to dihydrouridine in the D-loop of tRNA. transfection of DUS2 cDNA into a human lung carcinoma cell line increased dihydrouridine in tRNA, whereas transfection of DUS2 small interfering RNA (siRNA) reduced tRNA-dihydrouridine, confirming that DUS2 has dihydrouridine synthase activity. DMAB-CPT799 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT799 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
