General Notes
Anti-idiotype B2.1A is a structural mimic of the MAb AP33 epitope. It mimics a highly conserved neutralizing epitope on HCV E2. AP33 is a reported antibody that bind to a highly conserved region of E2 (residues 412–423)and potently neutralizes all genotypes of HCV in vitro.
