Suitable for IHC, Immunoblotting. Suitable for use in developing rat nephritis models Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as normal goat serum, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA, tissue staining, or immunoblotting. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
