FC: 5 μL/test, in 100-200 μL with~1×10^6 cells Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
FMC63 scFv is the most commonly used extracellular domain component of CD19-specific CARs. This product was verified to specifically recognize the antigen recognition domain of FMC63-derived CAR.
