Anti-DYKDDDDK tag, HiResNb™ VHH-Mouse IgG2b Fc Antibody(AF488) is based on recombinant, IgG2b Fc fused fab of alpaca IgG1 to DYKDDDDK tag coupled to AF488. Based on western blot and ELISA, Anti-DYKDDDDK tag, HiResNb™ VHH-Mouse IgG2b Fc Antibody(AF488) reacts with the DYKDDDDK tag selectively, no reactivity with other proteins.
