The recommended antibody dilution for labeling of cells and subsequent analysis by flow cytometry is 1:10
General Notes
Clone SFB730 recognizes a 52 kDa glycophorin A–associated protein, also known as Ly-76. It is expressed on rat erythrocytes and erythroid progenitors, but not on granulocytes, monocytes, or lymphocytes. The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:10. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative. Clone SFB730 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
