Intended Use

The Citrinin Plate Kit is an immunoassay for the detection of Citrinin in red yeast rice and red yeast rice supplements. This product is intended for research use only.

Contents of Kit

1. 1 Unit. Plate containing 12 test strips of 8 wells each that are vacuum sealed in an aluminized pouch with a desiccant.
2. 4 × 2 mL. Vials of Citrinin Calibrators (0, 1, 10, and 100 ppb).
3. 1 × 8 mL. Bottle of Citrinin HRP Enzyme Conjugate.
4. 1 × 8 mL. Bottle of Citrinin Antibody.
5. 1 × 14 mL. Bottle of Substrate.
6. 1 × 14 mL. Bottle of Stop Solution.

Storage

Store all kit components at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) when not in use.
