Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with CABT-L0208Y and mouse anti-beta tubulin Ab for 1 hour at 37°C.
Goat anti-rabbit IgG Ab [AF594] (Red) and an Goat anti-mouse IgG Ab [AF488] (Green) were used as the secondary antibody.
The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
