This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1270W) is a human-derived monoclonal antibody raised against dog Can f 4. Can f 4 is a dog-derived inhalant allergen identified from Canis lupus familiaris. It is a secreted protein predominantly found in dog dander and saliva, contributing to airborne allergen exposure in indoor environments. Can f 4 has been recognized as a clinically relevant allergen capable of inducing IgE-mediated sensitization in a subset of dog-allergic individuals, and it is associated with respiratory symptoms such as allergic rhinitis and asthma. Although less extensively characterized than major dog allergens like Can f 1 and Can f 5, Can f 4 is included in component-resolved diagnostics (CRD) to improve molecular-level assessment of genuine dog allergy and sensitization patterns. CABT-L1270W is suitable for use in ELISA application. CABT-L1270W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
