This antibody binds specifically to brentuximab and brentuximab vedotin.It can be used as a calibrator in ADA assays. Brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris) is an antibody-drug conjugate comprising an anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody linked to a potent cytotoxic agent, monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It is approved for treating Hodgkin lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
