We recommend the following for sandwich ELISA (Capture - Detection): CABT-ZB1149 - CABT-ZB1151 Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris) is an antibody-drug conjugate comprising an anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody linked to a potent cytotoxic agent, monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It is approved for treating Hodgkin lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
