This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1273W) is a human-derived monoclonal antibody raised against bovine Bos d 8/Bos d 11. Bos d 8 and Bos d 11 are two important allergenic components derived from cow's milk (Bos taurus). Bos d 8 represents the casein protein fraction, which is composed of multiple phosphoproteins including αS1-casein, αS2-casein, β-casein, and κ-casein. Caseins are characterized by strong heat stability and resistance to digestive enzymes, making Bos d 8 a major sensitizing allergen associated with persistent cow's milk allergy, especially in infants and young children. In contrast, Bos d 11 corresponds to β-lactoglobulin, a whey protein belonging to the lipocalin-like protein family and is more heat-labile compared with caseins. Bos d 11 is one of the predominant whey allergens in cow's milk and is often associated with early-phase milk sensitization. Because Bos d 8 and Bos d 11 originate from different protein fractions and have limited structural homology, clinically significant IgE cross-reactivity between them is generally low, although co-sensitization may occur.

CABT-L1273W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
