Intended Use

The AZM ELISA kit is a competitive immunoassay to quantitatively detect the presence of AZM in meat, seafood, milk, pig feed and cow feed.

Contents of Kit

1. Pre-coated microtitre plate 12 × 8 wells
2. AZM antibody solution 1 × 7 ml
3. Enzyme conjugate 1 × 7 ml
4. Wash buffer (20× concentrate) 1 × 30 ml
5. Assay diluent concentrate 1 × 15 ml
6. AZM standards (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.9, 2.7, 8.1 ppb) 0.5 ml each
7. High concentrate of AZM standard (100 ppb)* 1 × 0.5 ml
8. TMB solution (ready to use) 1 × 12 ml
9. Stop solution (ready to use) 1 × 12 ml
10. Microplate sealer 1 piece
11. Package insert 1 copy
* The use of this component is optional and only for the user to check the recovery rate of AZM.

Storage

The kit should be stored at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
Unused test wells should be sealed and stored at 2–8°C.
This kit is valid until the expiration date printed on the label.
