This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3750) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human USP32. It has been affinity purified by protein A. USP32 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 32) is an oncogenic deubiquitinase enzyme that regulates protein stability, crucial for cancer progression, including cell proliferation, migration, and chemoresistance in breast, gastric, and lung cancers. It acts as a key therapeutic target, often overexpressed in tumors and linked to poor prognosis.
CABT-BL3750 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:100) application.
CABT-BL3750 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
