This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5913) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTC19. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TTC19 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required for the preservation of the structural and functional integrity of mitochondrial respiratory complex III by allowing the physiological turnover of the Rieske protein UQCRFS1. Involved in the clearance of UQCRFS1 N-terminal fragments, which are produced upon incorporation of UQCRFS1 into the complex III and whose presence is detrimental for its catalytic activity.
CABT-BL5913 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
CABT-BL5913 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
