This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5378) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PELI3, targeting the amino acid region 301–400 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PELI3 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a scaffold protein and an intermediate signaling protein in the innate immune response pathway. The encoded protein helps transmit the immune response signal from Toll-like receptors to IRAK1/TRAF6 complexes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
CABT-BL5378 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5378 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
