This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2672) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NT5C1B, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NT5C1B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. NT5C1B (Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase 1B) is a protein-coding gene that encodes an enzyme catalyzing the hydrolysis of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) into adenosine and inorganic phosphate, playing a critical role in nucleotide metabolism. It is primarily expressed in skeletal muscle and is associated with regulating metabolic processes and potential implications in diseases like Laurence-Moon Syndrome. CABT-BL2672 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications. CABT-BL2672 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
