This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2671) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NT5C1B. It has been affinity purified by protein A. NT5C1B (Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase 1B) is a protein-coding gene that encodes an enzyme catalyzing the hydrolysis of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) into adenosine and inorganic phosphate, playing a critical role in nucleotide metabolism. It is primarily expressed in skeletal muscle and is associated with regulating metabolic processes and potential implications in diseases like Laurence-Moon Syndrome. CABT-BL2671 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) application. CABT-BL2671 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
