General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2436) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MLLT1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MLLT1 (Myeloid/Lymphoid or Mixed-Lineage Leukemia; Translocated To, 1), also known as ENL, is a chromatin-associated transcriptional regulator that plays a key role in gene expression control and hematopoietic development. MLLT1 functions as a component of transcriptional elongation complexes, including the super elongation complex (SEC), where it facilitates RNA polymerase II–dependent transcription of genes involved in cell growth and differentiation. It contains a YEATS domain that specifically recognizes acetylated histone marks, linking histone acetylation to active transcription. MLLT1 is best known for its involvement in chromosomal translocations with KMT2A (MLL) in acute leukemias, where MLLT1 fusion proteins drive aberrant transcriptional programs that promote leukemogenesis.
CABT-BL2436 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application.
CABT-BL2436 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
