General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5006) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHDC1, targeting the amino acid region 301–406 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity. Involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway. Is active in Cul5-RING ubiquitin ligase complex and cytosol. CABT-BL5006 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL5006 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
