This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4931) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human INTS3, targeting the amino acid region 901–1043 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with INTS3 from dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene can form a complex with human single-strand DNA binding proteins 1 or 2 (hSSB1 and hSSB2) and other proteins to mediate genome stability and the DNA damage response. The encoded protein is also part of a multiprotein complex that interacts with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II large subunit to help regulate processing of U1 and U2 small nuclear RNAs.
CABT-BL4931 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL4931 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
