This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1887) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human IER5L, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with IER5L from mouse, rat, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Immediate Early Response 5 Like (IER5L) is a protein-coding gene and member of the IER family that acts as a crucial regulator of Protein Phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity, influencing cancer progression and prognosis. It is frequently upregulated in various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and prostate cancer, where it promotes proliferation, migration, and metastasis by modulating cell cycle regulators like CDC25A.
CABT-BL1887 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application.
CABT-BL1887 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
