General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1702) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GTF2H4, targeting the amino acid region 105–462 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human GTF2H4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GTF2H4 (General Transcription Factor IIH Subunit 4) ,also named as P52, TFB2, TFIIH, is a component of the TFIIH complex, which plays a crucial role in transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II and is also involved in nucleotide excision repair (NER). The role of GTF2H4 in DNA repair mechanisms makes it a potentially important factor in the development and progression of cancer. CABT-BL1702 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. CABT-BL1702 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
