General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4681) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FMO4, targeting the amino acid region 24–354 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FMO4, belongs to FMO (flavin containing monooxygenase) family, which catalyzes the oxidation of soft nucleophilic heteroatom centers in drugs, pesticides, and xenobiotics. FMO family has 1-5 members. 2 splicing variants of FMO4 were reported, according to 56kda and 63kda bands in SDS page. CABT-BL4681 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL4681 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
