This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4252) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EMC7, targeting the amino acid region 24–159 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The mammalian ER membrane complex (EMC) is composed of 10 subunits, EMC 1-10. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein complex subunit 7(EMC7, also named C15orf24) is part of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein complex (EMC) that enables theenergy-independent insertion into endoplasmic reticulum membranes of newly synthesized membrane proteins. CABT-BL4252 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:250–1:1,000) applications. CABT-BL4252 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
